I have a complete NeXTstation (I don't think it's turbo) with printer.  This also includes all the original development and systems admin manuals, as well as the usual user manuals.

Everything is all still in the original NeXT boxes.

I am the second owner; I bought it in 1999 and used it as a second computer for a while.  It's been in the boxes since 2003 or thereabouts.

I also have most issues (about two years' worth?) of the original NextWorld magazines, plus various NeXT brochures, catalogs, etc. - even one or two NeXT cube lapel pins and I think maybe one or two black T-shirts, still in the bag.

The system is in near-perfect condition except the printer does put a vertical streak on the paper.  AFAIK there are no dings, scratches, fades or ?? anywhere.

The boxes have been used for shipping several times so there are a lot of places where removing tape or fading tape has marred the boxes, but they still have their full integrity as containers.

When I was using the machine I upgraded the RAM to the max (I forget how much that is) and put in a newer hard drive, and installed OpenStep4.2.  I kept the original drive, so that is included as well.  I don't think I kept the old RAM.

I also installed as many software packages as I could find on the net at the time, including WWW (Tim B-L's original), which still worked fairly well on straight HTML (maybe even better these days with XHTML?) and OmniPage (IIRC).

The machine also has the sole remaining copy (running or otherwise) of "MailQuery(tm)", a full-text semantic search engine tool for NeXTMail.  This was a very cool product that I had built (it tied the Thunderstone Metamorph full-text search engine into NeXTMail) and was trying to flog back in 1991 and 1992 for the NeXT.  Suffice it to say that marketing software for the NeXT was an exercise in pain.  I will include at least one copy of the written manual for MailQuery.

I want to sell it all, preferably in whole.  It's located near Portland OR.  I'm presently not there.  I'm going to be in Portland the latter half of August (after the 18th), and I'd like to complete a deal before I leave again.

I don't have pictures of the machines (but you all know what a NeXTstation looks like!).  The boxes are white with NeXT logos and writing on them.

I was going to post on Ebay (especially after I saw the note about tiger_barbie!!) but I'll give all you folks first crack.  I won't open the boxes prior to sale because I don't want to tear them up any more than necessary, but if folks want we can open it up, plug it in, whatever to prove that everything is as I have described it.

I'm open to trading for a big, fast laptop/notebook that I can run Linux on - I'd love to have a Lenovo Thinkpad T61P but that's out of the ballpark.

I also have a couple of Sun Sparcstation 10's, free to first responder - the monitors are HEAVY so shipping is not a good idea.

I also have two or three Perq workstations from the early 1980's, at least one each narrow (portrait) and wide (landscape).  The wide ones are Perq II; I don't recall about the other(s).
