When I filled my cube up with RAM years ago 4MB 30 pin was as high as you could go.

Will the newer 8MB and 16MB 30 pin simms work in the cubes? Do they fail or are they not recognized fully?

If you have a bunch of 8 meg simms floating around it probably won't hurt to try them.

If the SIMMs are double-sided, i.e. chips on both sides, they won't work. The NeXT sockets are too close together to accept this kind.
