hmm .. how many sbus video cards can I stuff in a SS20 .. :D
Put a vsimm in for the onboard connector and I should be able to run 7, right?
Not enough 13W3 monitors or adapters currently, so its a moot point for me.
One more thing to do "just because"
Kind of amazing how well NS/OS handled multiple monitor setups, especially back then.

Nice idea but useless unless you had a good reason for it.
terminals in one window, websites in one, wordprocessing in one, games in one... :P
you dont have to have a good reason to just do something.
"because I can" is good enough :)

Concerning the multiple monitors, my bosses workstations has 3 17in monitors, and he has no problem using those monitors. In fact, he would really like me to add a few more since he is now feeling cramped "with only 3". :?
Besides RacerX and a couple of others in here, how many of us really have "a good reason" for running NS / OS / Rhapsody. We do it for nostalgia or love or the elegance it brings to computing, and because we can as helf said. :D

Just too see what it would be like, I had like 5 or 6 set up on a windows xp machine. it was actually quite handy :)
Awesome!
"Because I can" sounds like a good reason to me :)
BTW, I think I might have one of those SS20s with an 8MB VSIMM somewhere around here...
Quote from: "68040"I guess it's possible. :)
