What the subject says. If so, I'll dig it up out of storage and check out the specs. I know it's a revision 6(dual 66mhz).

Chef

I also have a same revision BeBox (66MHz) in the UK for anyone interested. PM me to discuss terms. I'd ship to the states, but the cost of shipping will make you grey haired.

Unfortunately, slomacuser and I didn't manage to strike a deal. So it's still available.

A BeBox is a thing of beauty, it's not a cheap thing. I'm willing to hold out for the right offer, but feel free to make me an offer below what I quote below. If it feels like a fair price and I get a good feeling about the buyer, I'll bend slightly on price.

QuoteI'm just selling as one lot:

Base unit (I'll put a 2GB SCSI hard drive in it, and it has about 180MB of RAM, Original owner's manual, NIC, S3 video card which is compatible with PR2 and prior, PR2 bootrom - which supports the boot logo with Matrox 2 cards), BeOS DR7 incl manual and bootrom floppy and documentation, DR8 incl bootrom floppy manual and documentation, Preview release amd Preview release 2 (PR and PR2), which comes to £340 (340 GBP - which is a good deal as I paid well over £400 for it) plus shipping.

The shipping would be quite expensive. BeBoxen are heavy. If in the UK, it is perfectly feasable to collect. I'm on the south coast, near Portsmouth and Chichester.

Additionally:
If you want a Matrox Mil 2 (£10) card or a Bt8x8 TV tuner card (£7), I have one of each. I'd be willing to sell a R5 CD (original) for another £20 (I only have 2, and I was going to hang on to both as they are quite rare these days.) I can burn you a copy for free though (just the PowerPC part.)

Cosmetically, the machine is in good shape. There is one very small ding on the back corner that was there when I bought it, and a couple of scuffs to the paint. The connectors on the back all work (from the ones I've used.) It's been in storage for about a year though, so I'd have to get it out and check it over to be more exact. It booted when last used and I'll obviously test to make sure.

If you want to proceed, let me know asap and I'll get you a quote for shipping costs.
