I've "accquired" a copy of the 4.2 devtools in which the Library package seems to be borked (I press "Install" and the program just quits out with no messages or anything). I've decided that I'll just copy the "on-CD" directories onto my HDD using the "Merge" option. Are there any additional steps I should take or will simple file copying do the job?
