I just tested a SOG sync converter from SI with a Turbo Color machine, hooked up to the VGA input of a Sun monitor, and it worked like a charm. The exact device is:

You need a 13W3 to VGA adapter, and possibly a gender bender as well, but it should work with most monitors.

Does anyone has a circuit diagram for one of the SOG converters? I was thinking of trying to make a few... and get back to making a keyboard/mouse converter too.
