Paying via PayPal is generally possible, but the seller have to pay the PayPal handling fee. (Better use international money transfer, wich is free of charge for EU countries)

Be very careful. Asking buyers to cover paypal fees is actually against eBay terms and conditions. They could close  your auctions, suspend  your accounts (both paypal  and eBay) and the buyer could start a dispute etc.

You are not allowed to ask for extra money to cover fees, just like inflating shipping costs and lowering the asking price to beat auction fees is also banned.
