I'm currently in the middle of an *acid-test* shootout among the three
referenced VM solutions in terms of installation/configuration/usability using OpenStep 4.2 as the OS source. Each VM is configured identically (256 MB of RAM, 1 GB hard drive, fixed size), and will have OpenStep 4.2, Patch 3 (the Y2K patch) and DHCP2 installed (along with all drivers needed, such as the video/sound/LAN drivers for VMWare). The same host is being used (P4 2.6C overclocked to 2.9 GHz, 1.5 GB RAM, ATI X1650 Pro AGP, Vista Ultimate). I should have preliminary data in a week.
