my monos copy got trashed somehow. I really need it. I can't get to  my color for a few days. can someone please upload a tar?? I gotta have this machine ready for my swap tomorrow :(

Helf,
 You can find zcat in my gzip package.  If you ever installed some of Rex Dieter's packages, then you'll find zcat_orig in your /usr/ucb directory.  :D

yeah, zcat was nowhere on my system :)

but i apparently have a bad stick of ram or a bad hdd, it dumped me into the mini rom in the middle of doing something with bad block and inode errors then kernel panicked; rebooted and the FS is screwed. I ran fsck off the 3.3 CD and got a memory error in the middle of it.. soo.... :)

btw, has anyone ever gotten a NS3.3 to OS4.2 upgrade to work on black hardware? I tried it two days ago and it crapped itself on reboot.
