Thanks to Marc (mdriftmeyer) the NEXTSTEP beta 4 (OPENSTEP Prerelase 1 for Mach) is finally available to ordinary people ... it looks preaty much like Mac OS X Developer Preview 1 or 2 to me, well more vice-versa. Preaty slow on 68040 Next Color TurboStation and bugy. The info panle of FileManager (WorkspaceManager) doesnt show. SO here it is TA DA   !!

Nice screenshots!  How many drives does your system have connected to it?  First NS2.2 & now the beta.  My main m68k system has two internal 4 gig drives & 2 external drives besides the cdrom/burned connected to it.  Most of the time I only use the internal drives though.  Take care.

I got only one drive connected internaly at time   I installed this Beta and NS 2.2 on two different drives but conected internally ...

Anyway I wanted to change that background pattern to be a different screenshot from others with no luck and old apps run in old interface so this looks like that Aaron Extension for the mac that changed System 7 look to Copland or Mac OS 8.
