If you can't tell, I'm selling off most of my computers and what not. :) I'll list a few more older machines shortly.
-------
I totally forgot I had this. I was cleaning my bedroom yesterday and found it in a box under my bed. :)
It's a Sharp OZ-9500 Wizard "organizer". Runs off two AAA size batteries (current has two almost brand new Energizer Lithiums). I believe it is the 256kb model, but I can't tell. Doesn't give me memory size anywhere.
It has a touch screen and the original stylus is still with it.
It's in mostly perfect condition. The hinges are loose, so it won't hold open at different angles, I never had a problem with that though. Perfect for drawing with on a table.
The unit comes with a bunch of software built in including; Calendar, Schedule, To Do, Ann, Tel, Userfile, Notebook, Outline, Filer, Search, Calc, World Clock, Scrap Book
It comes with a stack of IC Cards for it too. Sorta like the predecessor to PCMCIA or something. Really nifty. The cards are:
1. Sharp IQ-707 "Scientific Computer Card" w/ 32kb of battery backed storage - (c) 1991
2. Sharp IQ-8B01 "3 Dimensional Spreadsheet" w/ 64kb of battery backed storage - (c) 1990
3. Sharp IQ-718M "Organizer Chess" w/ 32kb of battery backed storage - (c) 1991
4. Sharp IQ-701A "Time Expense Manager" w/ 32kb of battery backed storage - (c) 1988
5. Sharp IQ-703A "8-Language Translator" (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Japanese, Chinese) - (c) 1988
6. Sharp IQ-702A "Thesaurus Dictionary" (Based on Roget's II : The New Thesaurus & The American Heritage Dictionary) - (c) 1987
7. Sharp IQ-704B "Thesaurus Dictionary - British" (Based on Roget's II : The New Thesaurus) - (c) 1988
8. Sharp IQ-705A "Money Planner" w/ 8kb of battery backed storage - (c) 1989
Also has original blank placeholder card.
Most of these cards are quite rare. Even the 9500s themselves are hard to get now. (as far as I can tell, anyways)
In short, you get:
1x Sharp OZ-9500
1x Original stylus
1x Original manual
1x Original Placeholder IC Card
8x IC Cards
7x Rubber IC Card holders
If you want it, just make me an offer.
Here are some images. Sorry for the quality, I had to use my Treo 650

Helf, that rx-7 you didn't want to us to ask about is on there!
you said this in the car thread
Quote1983 Mazda RX-7 that needs a new body.... heh, dont ask ;)
I can see why now. :(
At least someone took your Spitfire, the bloke next door to us growing up was never able to sell his and it rotted away on his driveway. (British Leyland construction + UK weather = RUST)
Hopefully you got away from the RX7 unscathed?
yeah, a nice older couple bought the spitfire with plans to restore it along side their triumph GT6 :) so it went to a good home.
All I got from the rx-7 was a scratched hand and a sore elbow... the tow man got more cuts while flipping the car right side up than I did rolling it ;P
