Apart from dump images of these versions of the OS, I'm thinking of making some HDD's available with these on them (cost of HDD + shipping) so we don't end up losing them. So a couple of questions:
1) Does anyone see a problem with me making them available? Copyright etc?
2) Who'd be interested? (Please PM me).
1: I doubt anyone would care, but then again, I could be wrong!
Anyway, the question, how old of machines will these run on? I only have slabs, I have been wanting a cube though.

I was thinking to ask you to do exactly this, if i will not be able to put the images by myself on the right HDD

I don't see any problems.
They were always bundled with the NEXTcube original hardware and they can run only on it.

Were these all "Black" hardware only releases, or was a version of 2.x available for Intel? If not, then I sure see no problems with this, as you would need NeXT hardware to run it.
Yes, these are all Black hardware OS's.
FWIW. I'll probably make them available on IBM DORS 2.1GB drives for about $8 each + whatever the shipping is. The earlier OS's can't use the entire disk, but I figure if you can boot them, you can edit the disktab and use dump+restore to get the images onto another disk.

Wow! I'd love to see 0.8 run on my oldest cube (the one with the non-working OD)! Please count me in and pm me with details when ready! Thanks!
