OK, decided to sell my slab if someone will give me enough mullah.
The loot - Hardware-:
1x NeXTstation Turbo Color - 128mb RAM, 2GB drive (1GB partition for some reason) running NS3.3 + LOTS of updated packages and what not thanks to kb7sqi, DHCP package, OS patches and updates, updated GCC, lots of registered software.
1x Apple 600e SCSI CD-ROM
1x ADB Soundbox (little scuffed up, still works fine)
1x Y cable
1x VGA Adapter for standard CRT
1x Dell Trinitron 15" CRT (if wanted)
1x NeXT ADB Mouse & Keyboard
2x NeXT branded serial cables
1x GeeThree PS/2 to ADB adapter
1x SCSI Cable for CD drive
1x kinda hacked together external enclosure for 50pin SCSI drives
1x 2GB SCSI HDD in hacked together enclosure
1x Male to Male Centronix cable for hooking enclosure to CD Drive
1x Creative 4 speaker with Woofer Speaker set - Speakers are black and square, so perfect match :)
1x Spyrus / MOSAIC MS-MCDISK-D-3S SCSI PCMCIA reader - Literally *never* used. Just got it off eBay. I took it out of its factory sealed plastic and then realized I forgot to buy a cable to connect it with and it has sat in my desk drawer.
1x PCMCIA to CF adapter card for the reader
1x NeXT branded Power Cable
1x *forgot to mention* a Tandy Desktop surge thingy. Lets you turn off individual plugs. I have it on top of my NeXT with CRT on top of it. Everything plugs into it. Great for turning off speakers/crt when not needed.
Optional -
Palm Pilot Pro in perfect condition with 2MB/IRda upgrade + sync cradle - Should work with Pilotlink or whatever the unix utility is called. I'm pretty sure someone ported it to NS, just never tried it out.
I might be forgetting a few things, I'll have to look
Software:
1x NEXTIME CD with original case and all paperwork
1x NEXTSTEP 3.1 and 3.2 Dev CDs with boot floppies for NS3.3 + paper work and stuff
1x mathematica 2.0 (IIRC) with paper work in original envelope it was mailed in. Locked to another NeXT, though.
2x Burned copies of OPENSTEP 4.2 User/Dev + The CD boot discs tomato made - tested and work perfectly :P
1x Burned copies of NS3.3 User/Dev
1x Burned copy of WebObjects
1x Burned copy of CubX CD with serial
?x several CDs of NS software (burned)
Probably some more stuff I can't remember off the top of my head. I'll try and get pics of it all up tonight or tomorrow night.
Just make me an offer I cannot refuse ;)
I decided to go ahead and sell after realizing I don't actually *use* it a ton and the fact gas is hitting $4/g here finally. I REALLY need to get my VW Rabbit Diesel running so I'm not spending so much on fuel :)
hurray for the oil companies...
oh, I have a Dell GX1 that OS4.2 runs perfectly on, so it's not a huge loss other than I love my 68k hardware :P
I'm in Gadsden, AL. Zip code is 35903. Shipping all that will be *heavy*. Even without the CRT.
Shipping to Russia? :)
Uuuum. Total weight on this is approaching around 70lbs packed (rough guestimate after weighing CRT, NeXT and a few larger parts.)
SO shipping to Russia will be quite a bit. Can I have your shipping address or a major city around you so I can see what it would be?

Moscow :)
heh, I can't seem to get any quotes via the web... I'll see if I can't drop by a UPS store in a day or two and ask about it. I got a weird quote from the USPS that showed over $800 to ship it... That's insane :P
Houdini, are NeXTs impossible to find in Russia?
OK, I asked at the Post Office, and they quoted me around $200 for a rough guesstimate as to the weight and size of the boxes.
Interested? :P
This is still up for grabs if anyone wants it.
PM sent!
