Why my openstep 4.2 have no login scrren and directly log in?
This is a "standard behavior" of OS and NS after a clean install. To get a login window on startup You will have to assign passwords for the "me" and the "root" account within the user manager application, in addition You should set up Your user account You would like to use, also assigned to a password, then the login screen will appear on re-boot.
