Rhapsody = Openstep?

I'm confused.

Do Openstep applications (and or Nextstep) run on Rhapsody? In particular, I'm referring to the good 'ol 5.1 Intel build.

In my 20 minute test, no.

However, get this, I built object files on NeXTSTEP and was able to link them under Rhapsody.....

But Rhapsody is way more like OS then NS..
