Someone here did post a scanned sheet of the stickers.
You could always print it out.

They crop up on ebay occasionally, I have one if you want it. It's 3"x3" and the backing has a little guide on it which shows you the correct angle. Let me know if you want it and I'll drop it in the mail for you.
