I have 1 cube that has a fan that has NeXT branding. How many other people have something like that? All the other ones I've seen don't...

Most of the Cube fans I've seen (Sanyo) have no label, but I do have one fan with a blank black label. Here's a picture of a NeXT labeled fan I have, and I didn't see this part number in the NeXTSTUFF Database (http://nextstuff.info/db/ByManufacturer/NeXT%20Computer,%20Inc.) so maybe it can be added.

I'm in the same boat. I have one system with a fan just like that one.
I'm constantly amazed by the variation in the (smallish) production run.

My oldest cube has this fan, s/n 005xx. The others don't.

It cracks me up that they paid some ungodly sum of money to silkscreen the NeXT logo on the FAN. Not doing so would've probably saved $2 off the cost of a $10000 machine, I know, but it's one of those dozens of little tiny things that really drives home how exorbitant the whole NeXT thing was.
