There seems to be a problem of paper jamming on NeXT Laser Printer, is there a specific type of paper I can use that would give me a clean copy?
what weight are you using in it, now? Might be the rollers giving out.
32 pounds 120/^2 does not work, speach text says something, printer paper is jammed On hp laser jet tough paper 5mil works although character typeset repeats itself faint double image text 'fonts' at non-pre determined place on paper.
Also I put 8mg twice into two 4mg slots and moniter refused to work, took memory out and ordered the right specs 4mgs etc all eight just in case and need to know yes or no if any motherboard problem could be caused and what to look for. I see no difference went back to functioning as was like new. This is taking place on NeXT Color Station and NeXT Laser Printer. I want my machine to run at factory settings how can I accomplish this?

Useful. If the channelu site comes back, there is additional information there. The comment about front vs. back jamming is correct. If at the front, one thing you can do is turn the rubber jacket on the takeup roller inside out. This presents a new surface and tends to expand the roller a bit. I used the old channelu roller replacement kit and it's a bit too aggressive (slightly oversided, I think). Manual envelope feeding tends to jam it unless I hold the envelope back a bit when it's being taken up by the roller.
Hi! Does anybody know why i have to reboot my NeXTstation after each paperjam? My station recognises that i opened the lid or took the papertray out of the printer. But it does not recognize when everything is ok again.
After a reboot it works well until the next paperjam.
Do i miss anything here?
lprm and printing anew dosen´t help either.
