Does somebody knows a location where to download the
OPENSTEP 4.2 Intel Developer CD ? Or is someone willing to
make a ISO Image of this Developer CD and upload it ?

I highly doubt they'd sue you ;)

I can make a duplicate of my dev cd, if you desire, and mail it to you. just let me know.
