Okay, I have finally gotten around to getting my old system transferred over and running under VMware. Highly groovy, and hullo again 1994.
For whatever reasons, the following apps are simply not working/incomplete, drop dead:
Pages (not OS/X Pages, Pages by Pages, Bruce Webster's old company)
WordPerfect
NoteBook (Again, Jayson Scott's original NS version, not the OS/X one)
and
Cables (by Yrrid software).
Does anyone know where I may obtain copies of these? I have been unable to find them anywhere online. I do not need the serial #'s, I have all those, I need the actual installation pkg's.
Many thanks

just a FYI 99% of the next apps are m68k only....
Anyways good luck!
I'd still *LOVE* a copy of Nextime... I thought Id' throw that out! :)

Yeah, yeah, I know... These were fat though, or at least fat = 68K + Intel (perhaps lacking HP and Sparc), but they were alive and running on a Dell DGX Jaws machine, which was a 486/50, with this really cool graphics card based on SGI chips, called a JAWS; NS for the white hardware was in fact developed on this box. And I have non-working, FAT binaries present; what's missing are some of the install files, along with all of the original installation media. So I know they existed at some point.
In short: I've recovered all my /Users/ and /LocalApps info from a very old tape. Sadly, what's missing, is the rest of the OS, and whatever Installer.app threw into any directories other than /LocalApps or ~/
Not really expecting any miracles, and it's not exactly critical; just thought this seemed like a good place to ask =)
Thanks,

You both "have pm's" :-D
