This is one that I can't believe we don't have STILL under NS. As I recall there's a VNC Client that someone did (at least in beta).
I've been casually looking for some base source to port for quite some time for both of these but haven't had any luck.
Anyone with any suggestions?
Ok. Don't flame me. I just found my post from a couple of years back. So I guess this is restating the topic.
Like I said before tho I haven't had much time to work this but when I was last looking I had a tough time finding good references and source code for VNC.
I've just downloaded the RealVNC source for both Windows and Linux along with the docs. Hopefully they have a RFC for VNC in there.
Anyway, it looks like I'll be able to start spending a little more time on projects like this (if I can pull myself away from the PS3 that is). If anyone else wants to have a look you can get the RealVNC source here
