I've got an old Pentium with with 128 mb of ram and a 20 gig hard drive (IDE) and I'm wondering if NeXTstep can actually use the entire 20 gigs of ram through some partition scheme or something, so that i don't have 18 gigs unused space.
Thanks in advance.

not that I'm aware of. :(
Sorry.
I think it says somewhere in the forum that there is a max of 7 partitions of 2 gig each for NS and 4 gig each for OS so you should be able to use most of it.

I'm thinking that's on black hardware... when I tried to create multiple NS partitions, the installer freaked out....
thanks i'll give that a shot and see what happens.
can I make partitions in NeXTstep or do I have to go through all the floppies and junk?
