After awhile i decided to do something about my next cube. So i got a HD with 3.3 already installed (thanks russianmountain). But it still keeps trying to boot from the network. So, i realized i had to get into the rom monitor to boot from the disk (can someone help with the commands?). But for some reason the cube refuses to open the monitor with Command + ~. I fear as though my non-ADB keyboard is broken. I did take the whole thing apart and cleaned it, nothing seemed wrong. But i still can't get into the monitor.
So, is there anything i can do to test the keyboard, or boot the cube from the disk? Is it possible to use a different non-next keyboard? Also is it possible to send the cube commands through the serial port?
You can disable the console access in the ROM...
Pull the battery, and it'll forget it's insane setting and be more... friendly...

I have tried pulling the battery for large amounts of time, i'll try for longer. What about starting the computer without a battery? Would that reset something?
