there is only Adobe Illustrator 3 for the NeXT available, for other Adobe Soft you need daydream, maybe with a little bit of fiddeling you get it running with Executor.
NeXT runs WP1.0.1 wich is something in the range WP5.1 for Mac.
Also one more thing, is there a version of Quark Expess that will run on NeXTStation Color NeXTStep 3.3
