Note that the processor speeds listed were only the ones offered at the point NextStep was released, so doesn't mention the faster microSPARC-II's for SS4, and SuperSPARC-II's for SS10 & 20.
But they, of course, work - I'm writing this on an SS20 SX with dual 85MHz SS-II's (only 1 processor being used by MACH, of course).

Thanks for the link RacerX, and for having this up on the Web. Great to collect information on NS for SPARCs in one place as well (here on nextcomputers.org - thanks blackcube!).
Finally, after far too long, I'm gonna do a bit of advocacy for NS on SPARC ('cause I'm a little kooky that way). Of course, a bit of bootlegging may occur - I don't know how many copies of NS for SPARC distributed by NeXT (or Sun & HP? Both are on the CD...).

I've been following your post on the subject with great interest... I hope to replace my SPARCclassic with something that is NS compatible in the near future.
