I was watching this (http://www.archive.org/details/episode_1134) episode of the computer chronicles when at 3:37 I see the Workspace manager and at 3:43 we see some more NeXT hardware in a multi-monitor setup (and through the clip we see even more black hardware).
You can also see what appears to be a Newton and two of the projection screens are running 4DWM (AKA, Irix, which means that there are SGIs nearby).

Cool, huh?  :wink:

Yes multi-screen on NeXT but more than two screen ???

Can you install more than one dimension board in a cube in order to get a third display?

Yes. I have one cube that has 2 Dimension boards in it, so you have a total of 2 screens (1 BW, 2 colour). The nifty thing is that you can drag a playing video across the displays with no problem. Try that with Vista!

Yes if is possible to have 3 NeXTDimension video board...

you have 1 B/W monitor on mother board, and 3 Colors monitors on each 3 NeXTDimension board  :shock:

4 monitor on only one NeXTCube :P

Here the NeXTCube have on sound "adb" box !

I actually have another one with 2 motherboards and 2 dimensions in it, so it has 2x BW and 2x colour displays :)
