A long time ago this was my work machine. I actually had two of them! Not sure where the other one went, but they both have to go.
What I have here is appears to be an 040 cube at 25Mhz. Two hardrives in the bay and an optical drive. Full up on RAM. Running openstep 4.2. Boots and runs fine. I tested it over a few days and same-old story: bombproof machine. Nothing stops it. Small glitch on boot -- this used to be connected to a network, so it hangs for a coupe of minutes on network queries, but then boots up. Skill testing question for any future owner: How do you fix this? (I know the answer!). I have more technical info (or can get it) if you want.
Pictures on photobucket show the condition. It is fairly good. The cube case has some of the usual chips on the corners. OD probably does not work. Monitor rubber is long gone. Monitor case got cracked at some point (shipping I think) and it is epoxied. Monitor is clear and does not streak much if at all. The grey strips in the picture are photo artifacts obviously. I've tried to show the worst of a reasonably good package:
Boot screen -- not sure what you can make out here.
I'm located in Victoria Canada. I don't want to put a lot of effort into selling this -- I know I could put it on Ebay and it would probably sell. Basically, buyer has to take the whole thing and let me know what to ship. If you want me to donate the monitor to world peace, I can do that. Would be nice if it went to someone who cares. Preference will also be to somone who doesn't want to haggle a great deal about shipping. I'm willing to pack it up and transport to the courier but I won't be able to search out novel, inexpensive transportation for you. I live on an island you know. Otherwise, highest bidder. Make offers in US dollars to keep it simple. Foreign (and Canadian) buyers will get converstions at favourable rates. Please PM me when discussing $$ of course.
I was going to put it on the local Craigslist for a kid to take on, but a little searching showed that kids these days have moved on too! Go figure.
I have a bunch of other NeXt stuff I'll be digging out of storage, taking pictures and putting it here (original literature, software, original boxes and packing). It may take a while. If there is a clear expression of interest, it could happen faster.
I do NOT have a printer or scanner --- these went out in a garage sale long ago with a colour slab and HUGE monitor.

Hmm, I might know someone in Vancouver who might be interested. I'll contact him and see if he is interested.
EDIT: the waiting on the network can be bypassed by pressing COMMAND + C.

Well, I love the thought of getting my hands on this system, but I'm in the uk... What are you after for this? Would you ship and, if so, what would it cost?
