Picked up this nice little bunch of stuff yesterday...

Eventually I'll get around to opening it and seeing whats inside.
Wow. All boxed and everything.
How much did that set you back?
Surprise, it all works.

That system looks like it's brand new almost! Nice find & welcome to the forums. Take care.

Wow, what kind of box is it on the NeXTstep-Box side? (and the CD-ROM box :-))
Hm, you know what? I haven't opened it. But now that I think about it, the previous owner mentioned the machine was upgraded to a 68040, so I'd bet it's the old 68030 board. I'll have to take a look later.
Wow, that is a nice looking system! It almost does look new, hope you have fun with it :)
God damn that is a beautiful setup. I don't want to imagine how much that cost but if all of that stuff works it might have been worth it - that looks museum quality.
It is quite pretty.
As for the mystery box on top of the pile, it turned out to just be an OS update (2.1, I believe, which the cube currently seems to be running.) I got the system on the network yesterday, interesting setup. As NeXTStep 3.3 seems to be present in the pile of stuff, maybe I'll give upgrading a shot.
Bunch of other software and stuff to go through, but so far I'm having fun.
