Title: partition and format a harddiskdrive under nextstep 3.3

Hello together!

I have a 4.5 GB harddiskdrive with a partition of 2GB with NEXTSTEP 3.3. 2.5 GB are not used.
Can I create two more partitions without losing the first partition?
If so, how?

How can I partition and format a second harddiskdrive under nextstep in general?

Thank you in advance!
Best regards
SVEN

Sven, i don't know the way how your hd was installed, builddisk or disk create the full hd with partitions but after reboot the OS mounts only the root partition. If you expand your fstab you get the additional space on booting. (a good place is /LocalApps for a second partition.

Not possible.

for hd below 4 GB you can use builddisk oder the disk command, for hd higher capacity you have to create a disktab entry and you have to use "disk" command
