Hi all,
So I've decided to gift my NeXTstation to a local computer museum, who were quite ecstatic about the prospect when I contacted them. As they are a non-profit organization, they can issue me a donation receipt. I just need to figure out the value of the donation...
So I thought I'd ask here. The whole system is in the original boxes, I am the original owner, it's lived in a smoke-free environment and is in perfect working condition. Here's what I'm donating:
- one NeXTstation, 25Mhz, 16MB RAM, 838MB HD, running NeXTstep 3.3 (lots of software like Create, Diagram, Maple, Mathematica, NXFax, etc.);
- one Megapixel Monitor;
- one NeXT Laser Printer;
- one AppleCD SC external SCSI CD reader;
- all original cables, manuals, mouse and keyboard.
Based on poking around on Ebay and here, I'm thinking a value of around $300 might be accurate. Opinions?
Thanks!

Normaly i would say $100, but you have the original packaging, so your $300 seems to be fair.
