List of Commercial Nextstep/Rhapsody/Mac OS X Server apps

does anyone have an active list of all the Commercial software available either currently or defunct? I would like to get a list of all the cool programs that I and others missed out on when we were not enlightened to make a move to Nextstep based Operating Systems.

Actually a community made applications list would be a nice project... something where people list the applications they use and maybe a short review/description. I'm sure each of us uses a different small collection of apps on our systems, but all together we most likely have a nice cross-section of what has been available.
