Could use your help. Anyone please.

Could someone be kind enough to help me get the fetchmail port the kbsqiy once had up, if you got a copy then, or if he is around, could you email me or PM me a way to download it.

I know mirrors at one time were involved, and all that jazz. But I can not find it anywhere. PLEASE help a brother out.

I can not even find the patch he made available for 5.9.13
