I've posted my NeXTCube up onto ebay, complete with MegaPixel display, keyboard and mouse. It has only slight issues, for the most part it works great! More info in the post. I too am in the San Francisco Bay area (as was someone else selling one just recently) so if you want to pick it up you're more than welcome.
