I was wondering what people prefer most running on their Cube and Pro's and Con's?

I have a 040 25MHz Cube without ND, and have just upgraded it to OS 4.2 from NS 3.2, just wonder if it would have been better to have gone to NS 3.3?

The most stable version was 3.2. 3.3 was far less stable. Alas, 3.2 was not made millenium-proof and 3.3 was. The broken posix compliance of 3.3 was dropped again in 4.x if I recall correctly and some newer tech made it into 4.x. The Netinfo stuff sadly was less stable again, though it was possible to use the (single threaded?) 3.3 lookupd in 4.2 I think. All in all, I don't think it matters that much.

It's also a question of having more up to date apps. Especially for OmniWeb. Then again I bet there's some m68k apps that don't work in OpenStep 4.2... I'm going to try some of mine soon (like tomorrow). WordPerfect and such like spring to mind...
