Is there such a thing as incremental backup with NeXT hardware running NeXTSTEP 3.3?  Something that on a daily basis backs-up any changes made to your hard drive?

What application is used to do this?

2nd... Say I have an app on a hard drive that I no longer have the installer floppy for but never want to lose such app.  How can one backup just a single application so if the hard drive ever failed, that application can be re-installed from that backup onto a new drive that is installed on the computer.

Thanks

If your system's up and running, you should have the Admin guide online in the Librarian and it has a section on this subject.  Or you can use the link I posted to channelu where the admin guide is accessible.  Once you have that down, then things like 'amanda' can be considered for distributed management of backups.
