Just got a new monitor the other one I had blown. So now first thing that takes place is I try to boot, bfd at prompt and computer keeps telling me it waiting for the drive......., hard drive, or cd-rom, does not boot though? Anyhow when I go bsd, machine goes to a point where it wants disk 1 in drive 1 or something like that, does not boot though. Could this be P setting or am I out of luck, hard drive or cd-rom? Maybe something else/?/) I am using boot diskette and cd-rom as I normally do. Also I had changed p settings need to have them readjusted. I tried command shift + ~ this does not do it.
I would recommend checking all of the cables and terminators. You probably have a loose connection somewhere, especially if your computer has been moved.

Checked, now stuck on 'Loading From Network.' upon booting up.
As in you can't even drop down to the ROM prompt and it will now continously try to boot from the network, even if you try the comand escape sequence?
Yes exactly, with plumbing valve and water sign, is there an answer, outside of, well $100.00 or something. Your help would be appreciated.
I have a friend with a cube that does the EXACT same thing.
I made a thread on it a few months ago but I never got a soultion to what happened.
It would seem that I need to boot into Rom from what I recall there is a keyboard command for this if you are stuck in the panel I am just not certain what it is I have tried command shift +~ this does not do it, from what I recall there is another that does work.?.
Was using shift with command +~. Am back at prompt with new problems galore. Need to get rom settings straight, how about default?.........
