I have some NeXT hardware, software and documentation that I'm giving away in whole or parts. All I ask is that you either pay for shipping or pick it up. I live near Rochester NY.
In the late 90's I picked up some NeXT hardware from a University's surplus store. I was able to track down the original system administrator for them and he gave me all of the old software and manuals he had for them. I never got the chance to do anything with them and now I need the storage space back so rather than sending them to be e-cycled I thought I'd see if anyone can use any of this.
As I said I've never done anything with them so they are in the original state they were in when the university department sent them to surplus so I don't know much about them and I don't have the passwords so the OS will need to be reinstalled. The NextStation boots up but the Cube doesn't. The Cube's fan spins up but nothing come up on the screen.
