I need the room in my house, so I'm likely going to have to sell my NeXTstation TurboColor. I'd like to find it a good home, so I thought I'd check here first.
NeXTstation TurboColor
- 68040 33MHz
- 32MB RAM
- 1.19GB hard drive
- OPENSTEP 4.2 installed
- ADB mouse/keyboard
- ADB soundbox
Also includes original NeXTSTEP 3.0 package that contains CD-ROM, boot floppy, release notes, etc. Got this from a forum member here, and it looks like it originally was shipped to the Stanford book store direct from NeXT Computer. I'll likely include my copies of "The NeXT Book" by Webster and "NeXTSTEP Programming" by Garfinkel & Mahoney.
Includes NeXTSTEP 3.3 and OPENSTEP 4.2 backup discs as well. And, all the pertinent cables are included (monitor conversion cables to VGA, ADB cables, SCSI cable, power cables).
If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area, I'll even throw in a Mitsubishi DiamondPro 21TX CRT monitor that works (most of the time) with the NeXTstation. Consider the monitor free with purchase.
Will accept offers on the lot of items (I don't really want to piece this out). Everything is in very good condition, considering it's nearly 18 years old! Everything is working, and I just booted it up and captured some videos of it tonight. Buyer would pay for shipping and handling if it is not local pickup. PM me for more info, pictures, or offers.
