Along with this Macintosh Plus i purchased through eBay last summer, i also obtained a box full of floppies to go with it.
There is a disk labeled "Sound Manager Package by Riccardo Ettore"
It's basically an app that moves sound files to and from the System file.
There is a package, however, that contains a bunch of free alert sounds. One of them is the famous "Ni" sound found on NeXT systems, along with other sounds from various Monty Python films and sketches.
The copyright on the disk is 1987-1991, so it is obviously in the NeXT era.
Does anybody know if there is some special story behind that?
Im guessing they just brought it over to the Mac, but i was just curious.
