Anyone know if there is a canonical list of all issues of this newsletter? I have the following issues on paper:

Date   Title         Vol No
1990-06 Summer 1990  1 1
1990-09 Fall 1990     2 1
1991-01 Winter 1991  2 2
1991-09 Fall 1991     3 1
1992-?? Spring 1992  4?  ?

From the numbering it appears the Volume number started in the Fall, except for the first year (1990), where Summer was Vol 1 No 1, and Fall was Vol 2 No 1. There is also a proof of Spring 1991 (without any images) online here:

Can anyone else fill in with print or electronic copies?

Looks like the answer is: there were up to seven published, the raw PS and FrameMaker files of which are archived here:

These files would be a lot more accessible in PDF format -- I may take it upon myself to either convert the PS to PDF (very easy under OS X) or, with more time, open up the FrameMaker files, re-link the graphics and convert to PDF using FrameMaker for the Mac.  (In some of these files, the images were provided separately, which explains the image-less PDF hosted on kevra.org).

That would be a wonderful thing to do indeed, if you ever decide to make pdfs, let us know (:

Just got a licensed copy of FrameMaker 3.2 working (under emulation), we'll see how easy this is... :)

Worked like a charm... open up FrameMaker 3.2, import the issue (early ones were authored using FrameMaker 2, apparently) and then place the graphic in the empty holder. Screen shot of the resulting PDF (converted using OS X's PostScript to PDF function in Preview):

We can now turn these files into much more readable and complete versions...
