I would go for a 133 - the 66 is way, way too slow. Take it from an ex-66Mhz BeBox owner.
If you wan "PowerPC BeOS" experience and can find old PowerMacs, just about any bog standard mono processor 8500, 9500 and most 8600 and 9600 (as not all are compatible) are faster than a 133 - bonus, get a 9500MP or 9600MP as both processors work. Even that is hella slow these days. I still have a 9500MP (dual 180MHz 604e's) and it is sweet!! I only ever turn it on once in a blue moon and the main SCSI drive sometimes fails to spin up (which sucks as it has loads of really "important" source code on it) but it runs rings around the 603's in the BeBox. It's not as heavy as the BeBox, and it is infinitely less cool without blinken lights, but whatever. It is at least usable. The 66 was not so much.
