Hi folks

Is it possible to reprogram the native NeXT resolution to a higher output? Something like 1280 x 1024 pixel. Its just a driver - isn't it?

Maybe some old NeXT engineers good give some advice about that.

not sure you can play too much since VRAM is from separate chips and need to store the graphic page + some fonts.
Also I do not have any information about registers to modify dot clock and counters.

If I reacall, the NeXT monitor for starters does not display at any standard resolution. I think it's also fixed to that resolution permanently on the analog board.
