I am in search for a VNC Server application for NeXt.
To be honest I have no knowledge regarding NeXt. This is simply the operating system used on a piece of semiconductor capital processing equipment.
Any information is appreciated. If there is aomewhere else I should look that information would also be greatly appreciated.
VNC server for NeXT OS does not exist.
only have a client.
NeXT OS not have any solution for remote access(GUI).
there is a third party Xserver called Cub'X for nextstep, but I don't think it will enable sharing of any native application (also obtaining a floating licence number for a 1990 software may be a problem...)...

Wrong, there is a remote access client for NeXT based on the NXHOST extensions (like X or Citrix, you can remotely call a program from one nextstep machine to anonther). Can't quite remember the name though. It's in the package archive.
Although not a solution in itself, Cub'X is available in the archives and has a serial number and license from the authors in the readme file.

Another solution is to have a NS33 or OS42 vm running on your "client" machine and use the OpenSesame program to run programs remotely off any arch of nextstep hardware (yes that means that if you have a nextstation and WordPerfect you can run that on your laptop for example).
see
http://www.levenez.com/NeXTSTEP/faq.html at point 4.3 for more information, including how to use the -NXHOST extension from the shell.
old releases of Xorg's X11R6 are supposed to have display postscript support.
I don't know if it will be useable but an old linux in a virtual machine could be an interesting option.
