Sherwin Williams mixed up a gallon of NeXT black for me based on part number. I disassembled, sanded, primed and painted a cube, the result came out really well to me.
Critically speaking, the cube is slightly less smooth in texture than OEM (more sanding required?). The black paint is a very close match, but not perfectly identical. That being said, the cube now appears brand new to me and I am very pleased with the results.
I have extra NeXT black paint if anyone located in Arizona is interested.

The cube that I painted is shown in the two pictures below. If I allow for a slight deviation on the black and slight texture difference, the unit sitting a couple feet from me looks factory brand new... The remaining thing is to replace the slightly scratched front logo with a cleaner one. :)

As for the paint in Europe, I think the best approach would be to contact Sherwin Williams in Europe, without too much trouble I was able to have them mix up one gallon and ship it to my door (US), all via inquiry to their website and a phone call (cost about $80). It's a water based paint so easier to work with. I had the benefit of a neighbor who owns a nice paint spray gun assist me. One gallon is enough to repaint at least 10 or more cubes so if you have friends you can share cost.
I provided to the Sherwin representative:

I have been looking for this paint in Europe or UK, but it can be imported from the US :(
