There's a really great firmware for the Teensy 2.0 that enables ADB > USB HID conversion.
I'm typing this from my NeXT ADB keyboard!
It's not perfect, partly because I'm using a QWERTZ keyboard and partly because the built-in keymap is appropriate for an Apple Extended Keyboard II.
The Command bar returns keycode 64, which seems to be right on for Left Super. This is one of the things I was specifically after for my Hackintosh build! 8)

I used a female ADB socket from an old Supermac keyboard. A female s-video header will work (if you can find one)
