Title: How to test a cube power supply?

HI. I have my cube now sitting inactive for one year.
I think I should do something about him.

So has anyone ideas how to test if the power supply is defunct?
I don´t want to invest in a new one if it´s still ok and the error is hidden in a different part of the machine, though I can think of none because both my mobo and my all my monitors don´t work with the cube.

Any suggestions or technical papers on this problem?

Oh! Did not see this thread: http://www.nextcomputers.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3208&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15
Maybe I forgot to connect my MegaPixel Display to connect also to the cube. Will try that.

check for the type of power-supply your cube has built-in: if the sticker reads "NeXT Part No: 983" then there's no need to connect the MegaPixel Display. also, you might want to check the battery on the main logicboard. the cube won't power up if the battery's dead.
