Seriously, though, I kinda agree. The prices for all NeXT things have gotten kinda high, although Dimension boards have always been expensive.
I think I paid $750 for my first one...

Heh. I've got a couple - I don't remember how much I paid for all of them, but I know one I got for about $5 and that was part of a Turbo cube. I used to frequent a university surplus auction and had to watch that palette of NeXTs sit there in the back for almost a year before they finally sold them, though.

That was the abnormality. Once a forgotten thing is rediscovered, that never happens again. :-)
I have never had a color NeXT. Always wanted one, but could never afford one. :(
