I recently got a Nextstation Color with Openstep but for some reason whenever I put in a floppy it won't read it. It did once but then when I ejected it it didn't come out. I had to shut it down and manually eject it with a paperclip. Is the floppy drive bad? or is it something else? Any advice?

It may require a cleaning or a blast of compressed air.

Got a floppy drive from another user and it works now!
