Hi,
I should start by introducing myself :
I'm computer scientist in Math Lab at Nice (France).
I was a NeXT developer in 1990s. We have created with somes friends the only french next user group (FANG). I worked for a reseller that made custom apps (El Camino Real), and from the end of 1992 I worked in a physical lab to develop numerical simulation on NeXT (everyone on lab used a NeXT, secretaries, students, technicians and researchers). I haven't stop this work since this time, but now I develop on OSX and iOS :)
3 years ago I've created a little computer/math museum at University of Nice : Espace-Turing (free entrance).
I write on the forum just to let you know that we'll celebrate the 25th anniversary of NeXT Cube (S. Jobs presentation : october 12, 1988 - october 12, 2013) during the science festival (national event), with an exhibition.
I have a number of hardwares, softwares, mags, documents, goodies for the exhibition, I will probably going to ask you on the forum some information, if you are ok.
best regards
...Marc
happy to help, if I can :)
It's really nice to have some news of developers .
If I can help...
Maybe posting some pictures or video of this event would be cool.
El Camino Real was at Lyon, if I'm not wrong ?
