For sale is a very clean in NeXT box NeXTcube Turbo that has 2 (yes 2) NeXTdimension cards inside. Right now I have 3 monitors connected to this NeXTcube (2 NeXT 21' Color Displays and 1 NeXTmono 17" display. System will include keyboard, mouse, power cord, and all cables to connect the 3 displays. The NeXTcube as well as one NeXT 21" display and the NeXTmono Display all come in NeXT boxes. The 2nd 21" NeXT display would ship in a generic box. System will come with NeXTSTEP 3.3 with install media.
Later I have many items that I can sell separate but for now just want to move the main items so I can inventory the rest of my NeXT collection. Items that I will sell separate later is the NeXT color printer, have a couple NeXT Laser but both need pickup rollers like they normally do, tons of packages software with disks and manuals, extra soundboxes, keyboards, mice, whole series of NeXTworld magazines, DSP microphone, etc... etc... etc.... I have tons I have collected over the years. That comes later and will offer buyer of the NeXTcube 1st dibs on it before I list separate.
For shipment in USA only (maybe Canada too).
Cosmetic condition is really good on the Cube itself. I would say a good 9 out of 10 on looks as it was well kept.
$4995 + all shipping and packing.

My Cube system is still for sale as an FYI.
For a limited time before I put on eBay, I am reducing the price on my system as long as the buyer is picking up. Therefore I am not shipping at this new price so hope you are local to California. :lol:

Given there are people who do this as a business and sell the units for less, with some kind of warranty I think you may need to adjust your price. I'm not saying it may or may not be fairly accurate but as the saying goes, somethings only worth what someone's willing to pay for it. Just seems like your expecting people to pay for your piece of mind to let these items go when you might not quite be ready to do so. People just have a hard time swallowing a 3k price tag for a vintage computer that's more for posterity sake than utility. I mean heck you could buy a new Mac Pro cylinder for what your asking. Again, AWESOME piece but it's quite a hefty amount for a 25 year old machine.

Yup, most folks buying a cube are for collections and probably less for use.
Same why other older systems are not cheap.
If it sells, cool. If not, no biggie.
Not looking to sell to a flipper. Looking to find someone that wants a real clean boxed cube for a collection.
I just do not see boxed cubes selling for cheap these days. Most hold onto them. Those that decide to sell do not give them away.
I paid a premium for mine.
Always willing to take offers. I ignore silly ones, entertain valid ones.
Just the way I sell goods.

But, are you telling me a NeXT seller has a NeXT boxed Cube for under $2599 that is not all scratched up? Please point me there way.
I only know one dealer, Black Hole, and I was not aware they have real clean NeXTcubes in NeXT factory boxes these day.
I show they only have one pristine cube at $3495 for a NeXTdimension model and don't see if it includes a NeXT box for both Cube and 17" display.
Maybe there is some other dealer? Must admit I have not been keeping an eye on NeXT lately.
If they do and cheaper than I am asking, then yes I better re-think my prices.
That being said, I would probably entertain a $2995 plus shipping offer for my NeXTcube with one NeXTdimension card inside all still with NeXT boxes.
The right buyer will see this eventually.

Last price I had was $2599 for the NextCube (no dimension cards) in NeXT box with NeXT Mono Display, keyboard, mouse, and power cord.
Now only $1995 plus shipping.
Dimension cards I will hold onto until NeXTCube sells or if buyer wants them. Will do them at $500 each to buyer of Cube. If Cube sells without them, will list later separate at to be determined price.
